Our Teacher Training Programme
Our next Matwork Teacher Training programme will run from January 2027 to December 2027.
Alongside guest lecturers, Cat Proudfoot will guide you through everything you need to know to become a safe, knowledgeable and confident Pilates Matwork Teacher. Our focus is not only on the Pilates Method, but about how you develop as a thinking and seeing teacher and embody the work yourself.
This is not a fast-track qualification, but a deeply considered training designed to build lasting knowledge, confidence, and teaching skill.
Rooted in the 34 classical matwork exercises, our approach honours the original method while making Pilates accessible, adaptable, and relevant for the bodies in front of you today. Honing your eye to understand what adaptations a body may require to reap the true benefits of Pilates.
