Pilates Teacher Training

Looking to become a Pilates Teacher?

PF_Logo_Est_1996_RGB.png

If you’ve been considering becoming a Pilates teacher and want to learn how to work confidently with all bodies while creating truly inclusive classes, you’re in the right place.

Our teacher training programme is affiliated with The Pilates Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to preserving the integrity of the Pilates method while embracing its ongoing evolution. The Pilates Foundation champions accessibility in Pilates and fosters a supportive community of passionate, like-minded teachers.

We follow the traditional apprenticeship model of Joseph Pilates and the elder teachers who worked alongside him: first embodying the work, then learning how to teach it.

This is not a fast-track qualification, but a deeply considered training designed to build lasting knowledge, confidence, and teaching skill.

Rooted in the classical exercises, our approach honours the original method while making Pilates accessible, adaptable, and relevant for the bodies in front of you today. Honing your eye to understand what adaptations a body may require to reap the true benefits of Pilates.

Read and download information on both Mat and Equipment courses below before booking in a call to discuss your readiness for this training.

Mat Pilates

Our next Matwork training starts January 2027.

This is not a fast-track qualification, but a deeply considered training designed to build lasting knowledge, confidence, and teaching skill.

We suggest you attend classes regularly prior to training in order to truly understand the method, so our training can focus on learning to teach.
