As something I've been paying attention to for a long time (particularly in the last year - with a little time on my hands!) tracking your cycle, whether that is your menstrual cycle or moon time, or even the cycle of the year (the run up to Christmas is always down time (winter) for me, January is my exercise spring) can determine your exercise cycle too.
