I discovered Pilates by accident 15 years ago and I love it. I am either desk bound or travelling a lot and Pilates makes a huge difference in maintaining my wellbeing and any aches and pains. During lock down I’ve been doing mat classes on zoom with Cat which I have grown to love - with Swiss balls and foam rollers as our equipment - it’s energetic and fun, but my true preference is the Reformer, which has more resistance.
What I love about Pilates is that you can take it at your own pace - just stretch and improve your posture, or push yourself harder. For me it’s about keeping flexible - stretching, movement and balance.”
